I apologize for those of you who have been waiting to see the results of my first “online” cooking adventure (see previous post). So as the cliche goes, “without further ado . . .”
They turned out GREAT! It took about 50 min of cooking time where I flipped the wings at the 15, 30, and 40 minute marks and they were fairly crispy. The only thing I’m going to add next time is a baking rack to keep the wings off the pan and sitting in the juices while they cooked. Then they will be perfectly crisp.
Once the wings were out of the oven I tossed them with some sweet bbq sauce and voila!
