I Go 4K

Yesterday I posted my first 4K video on YouTube and it was kind of an accident. The sun came out on a cold and snowy weekend and I wanted to try my new Google Pixel 3 phone on the Osmo Mobile 2 gimbal. What I didn’t know was that the Pixel 3 shoots in 4K 30fps by defaul but thankfully the reason why I bought the 128 Gb model Pixel 2 was for lots and lots of high quality video storage. After about a two hour walk at Headlands Beach State Park in Mentor, OH I had a good amount of videos, photos, and audio to work with.

Here is what I came up with.  Enjoy!

You can also see a new photo gallery on the main page with a couple non-filter shots (just cropped to 5×7).

New Again

Once or twice a year I find myself sitting at my computer desk with nothing to do and I start to think . . . “I wonder how my website is looking these days?” It always turns out the same.  You guessed it, I remodeled it.

This time its going to be more media focused.  Photo galleries taken with my new Google Pixel 3 phone (wait to you see these photos!!) and some of the highlights from my Mavic Air drone flights. You’ll also find the last resting place of my Echo Boxing podcast as I’ve decided to shut it down for now and concentrate on RC flying. I’ll also have a page where you can watch some of my better YouTube videos.

I’m also going to blog every once in a while so stay tuned for the the internet nonsense I can find!

Regards,

Jason
